Hi, I'm Gurleen.

Vancouver-born and London-based, I am a holistic wellness coach with a Master's degree in Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Legal Studies, alongside a background in human resources and recruitment.

My work integrates psychology, workplace well-being, and embodied practices such as breathwork and mindfulness to support individuals in feeling more grounded, balanced, and connected to themselves.

Through my experience in recruitment and my academic focus on organizational psychology, I developed a strong awareness of how environments shape well-being, confidence, and a sense of belonging. This has informed my work in creating restorative spaces that support emotional regulation, self-awareness, and inner alignment.

Through my coaching and group experiences, I guide individuals to slow down, reconnect, and cultivate greater clarity, presence, and calm in their everyday lives.

I am inspired by fashion, travel, music, skincare, and the everyday rituals that support a grounded and balanced life. My intention is to create supportive and accessible spaces that help people reconnect with themselves and move through life with greater awareness, balance, and ease.

I understand what it feels like to move through stress, anxiety, and high-pressure environments while still trying to keep everything together. My own experiences with demanding workplace situations taught me how easily we can become disconnected from ourselves.
